Taking a longer time to get saigenagency on track

*sigh* 

So i was finally able to save enough money to afford a IT guy to create the saigenagency site,
3 months ago. Now, i must say i can create the site i have in mind in 2 (maybe 3) days myself,
but i can not implent the japanese payment system and neither do i know how to make a language selection system.
Those are my flaws and therefor i decided to hire a professional IT guy for the cost of 1500 dollars.

He guaranteed me it would be done within 2 weeks even ! (way before my deadline which was begin November)
In the meantime it is 22 November and the site is not even HALFT finished... 

I send him a message today saying

"look, if you cant do it, just please give me the admin powers of the wordpress site,
ill pay you still HALFT of what was promised for your time. 
and ill just try to do it myself with some help of other people "

Now time to wait for a reply...*sigh*
